Description
Featured on AHA Life as the Unique Discovery of the Day on January 20, 2011, here is the "Smooch" that is spreading love all across the world.
As featured on AHA Life:
"Hearts are everywhere. However, most of them are way too saccharine for us. Then we saw these Boy Sees Hearts' Skull and Smooch collage prints, and the way we looked at hearts changed forever.
Made up of hundreds of randomly occurring heart shapes that Boy Sees Hearts creator Eric Telchin has snapped on his iPhone and not altered or retouched. Theyre edgy, clever and freshall adjectives we never thought wed associate with something as clichd as a heart. Telchin didnt either, until he saw his first heart in a puddle of melted Ben and Jerrys New York Super Fudge ice cream on his kitchen counter. Amazed, he grabbed his phone and snapped a pic.
Suddenly, he was seeing hearts in the most unexpected places -from cat litter to coffee spills- and taking photos of every one. A year later, he made his first collage from the hearts hed collected, Skull. When the buzz went far beyond anything hed anticipated, he created another one, Smooch. The reaction, he says, has blown him away.
After viewing Boy Sees Hearts pieces, people are inspired to view their world through different eyes, he says. People think the pieces are gorgeous, but whats most incredible is how it encourages them, in their own lives, to see the ultimate symbol of love within something as mundane as a crumpled napkin or a crack in the sidewalk.
Now that, we thought to ourselves, is the kind of heart we can get behind."
Hundreds of images of found hearts comprised of found leaves, spray paint on sidewalks, leaves, orange peels, a splash of guacamole in a bowl of salsa, coffee grinds in the garbage and more. All of these heart images were captured with an iPhone 3G. The images were not altered or enhanced in any way.

I have a poetry book (sidepiece sanctifications vol 2) that I would like to publish. Is there any way you can recreate this for my cover and/or merchandise?
